  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
  • Electronics that have been used or damaged after delivery

Once approved, you may be required to ship the item back or arrange a pickup (if available in your area).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy
